Two stroke aviation model gasoline engine usage tips:

When installing the engine, be sure to seal the carburetor and exhaust port to prevent foreign objects from entering the engine and causing damage to the engine cylinder and piston, which may cause inconvenience to the use of your engine.

Two stroke aviation model gasoline engine running in standard:

The engine running in is divided into ground running in and flight running in. Only a good running in can the engine exert its best power, performance, and service life. Customers are requested to fully run in the engine after receiving it before use. Thank you!

1. Break in time: Ground break in for more than 2 hours, flight break in for more than 5 hours

2. Speed distribution for running in: idle 20%, medium 60%, high 20%

3. Lubrication ratio for break in: 25:1-30:1 (fully synthetic two-stroke engine oil)

4. Precautions for running in: During the running in process, it is forbidden to flash oil (excessive throttle changes in a short period of time). During the flight running in process, try to avoid prolonged maximum power flight and keep it below 80%. Pay attention to whether the engine's heat dissipation channel is unobstructed and whether the propeller used is appropriate. Before starting flight or debugging, it is necessary to preheat and debug.

Note:Only by taking care of the engine can it have a good service life. The normal service life of gasoline engines is over 200 hours. At the same time, we recommend using Mote 800 fully synthetic two-stroke engine oil for our engines. If you encounter any problems during use, please feel free to contact us and we will provide comprehensive after-sales service for all model enthusiasts.

Finally, I hope every user can have a good engine experience. Thank you.
